At L'ange Hair, we want you to love your locks and your tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and cords are included, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
